Presidential Powers

Recently the Supreme Court has given the President immunity from almost any action taken while President. It needs to be made clear that the President is not above the law and cannot act with dictatorial power.

We have recently had a sitting President attempt to overturn a legitimate election through his own efforts and the use of surrogates this needs to be prevented. Another purpose of this amendment is to prevent any President from pardoning individuals who have done personal favors for him. Reasonable and legitimate pardons can certainly be done earlier in his term and if any of those are not reasonable it will be clear to the voters before they go to vote.
