Money

Money is a commercial medium which allows one to purchase political power to drown out the free speech of ordinary citizens. How do strict constructionists believe that the writers of the construction thought money and speech were the same, no one with a modicum of common sense would believe that.

Through the use of large amounts of money the rich and large corporations have funded the election of a large portion of the Congress and through that to even get Judges appointed to the Supreme Court who would support their views. While capitalism is a great system it needs to be managed by good laws to keep it fair.
