There has been over recent time an ever increasing number of mass killings in the schools and streets of our nation by persons using automatic weapons which can kill and injure a large number of individuals in a remarkably short time. The Congress has been unwilling and unable to fix this problem so the citizens of the United States need to step up and see this amendment is added to our constitution.
