Elections II

The current system of elections for Federal Office is highly subject to a spoiler effect by other candidates which actually have no chance of winning the election. The Rank Choice system described here has a very much less likelihood of a spoiler effect. This system also allows voters to have their votes still counted in the case that their first choice has no chance to win the election. This method has been used successfully in many places in the United States and around the World.
