The Supreme Court has recently assumed the role of a Super Legislature with the right to overrule both the President and the Congress. The Court is primarily “Lawyers” they should not be allowed willy nilly to overrule for political or personal beliefs medical decisions considered reasonable by the medical profession or technical decisions of scientists in the federal agencies.
Isn’t it so obvious that no justification is needed that every individual has equal rights under the law?
