Elections I

The election system needs to insure that the vote of each and every citizen has equal value. The only way for this to be so is for the final vote counting and result to be based on the individual vote count. The Electoral College system does not give equal weight to every citizens vote.

Recently some who did not agree with the outcome of honest elections have begun efforts to get State Legislatures to enact laws that would allow the State Legislatures to override the popular vote if the result is not to their liking. We need to insure that the popular vote becomes and remains the method by which elections are won or lost.
